Larry is certified by SPPI and ASHI and has specialized in whole house inspections since 1992. Larry began performing property inspections in 1962 with Urban Renewal in Kansas City, KS. Larry holds a Bachelor of Architecture from K.U and a Master of Arts in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University. He was past president of the K.C. Society of Hospital Engineers and for 17 years managed the design, construction and maintenance for a local major hospital.
