Ed has performed over 15,000 residential and commercial inspections in the Kansas City area since 1988. As a co-founder of SPPI and the ASHI Great Plains Chapter, he has served as vice-president, president, and has chaired several committees. His background includes real estate sales, construction, and property investment and management. He is also an instructor with Career Educational Systems, teaching Realtor continuing education regarding property inspections.
