Midwest Home, Inc. is the oldest, most respected home inspection company in the Kansas City area and has provided over 17,000 home inspections since 1977.The owner, Steve Hodgden, has extensive hands-on experience as a home builder and restoration expert. He has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Education Director of SPPI (Society of Professional Property Inspectors) and is a Charter Certified member of same.

 

Steve is also a certified member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He has served as Educational Director of the local ASHI chapter and also served on the board of Member Verification for National ASHI. Steve is one of very few to receive a "Master Inspector" designation from ASHI Great Plains chapter.
